Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information will become active within 24 hours.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the package size and destination.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate before submitting your order. OLDE DELANEYS COUNTRY HAM STORE LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Lost or Damaged Packages
