Olde Delaney's Country Ham Store sits on N 3rd Street in Bardstown, Kentucky — the kind of small-town address where the screen door still claps shut behind you and the air smells faintly of hickory smoke.

We hand-cure our hams the way our grandparents did: rubbed in salt, hung to age, and smoked low and slow over hardwood. No shortcuts, no additives the old-timers would not recognize. Just patience, time, and a little Kentucky weather.

Beyond the hams, our general store stocks the kind of pantry goods that make a Sunday supper feel like one — preserves, sauces, pickles, stoneground meals, and the small things that make a kitchen feel like home. We are proud to ship these traditions across the country.
